Couillard Sibling Portrait Session

This Couillard Sibling Portrait Session was so much fun! Amy brought her two children to our studio for this black and white sports session. It was a perfect time to capture images of Vivian who was 12 and Thalle who was 10. Our focus was to document their favorite past times but while in the studio we also took a few black and white images of them individually and together.

Their activities were perfect for this black-and-white project. Thalle’s love of video games inspired us to create a gamer mood, while we highlighted Vivian’s passion for competitive cheering. They both love rock climbing, so we had them gear up and pose both individually and together for a few shots. We also couldn’t leave out their love for the beach so we got a few shots that represented that as well.

Each outfit change allowed up the opportunity to capture just a little more of their personality. There were so many great images that Amy had a hard time narrowing down her favorite images to be matted and framed. In the end, the image of them showing their love for each other won out as the large portrait to display on their wall at home. We also framed a beautiful collection of images from their sports poses.

The time spent in the studio and the beautiful images have created memories that will stay with the family for years to come. Looking at the final product and seeing our client’s faces makes us so appreciative of the job we get to do every day. Give Mary a call today to set up your family session!
