Astoria Family Portrait Session

We are excited to share this fun-loving black-and-white session with you. We feel so fortunate when our clients allow us to insert ourselves into their incredible stories while capturing special moments like the ones in the images below. The Astoria family is filled with so much love and laughter and it was all documented in these pictures. 

Mom Blair, Dad Mark, 10-year-old son Hank, and 6-year-old daughter Ryan embody the true spirit of a fun-loving family. Their household is brimming with joy, and it was an absolute delight for us to freeze-frame some of their most cherished moments.

The Astoria family radiates pure fun. From the infectious laughter of Hank to the sweet innocence of Ryan, every moment spent with them felt like a celebration. Blair and Mark share a profound love for their children, embodying the very essence of what family life is supposed to be – filled with laughter, support, and unconditional love.

Mark works at VCU Healthy Systems, where he and Blair became huge fans of our work in the NICU, Labor & Delivery, and the Mother-Infant Wards. After a referral for Katie, a member of our Hayes & Fisk Family, we were thrilled when the Astorias wanted us to capture these precious moments for their family.

Hank, the 10-year-old goofball, and Ryan, the 6-year-old sweetheart, stole the show during this session. The genuine moments of joy were palpable, especially when they engaged in their own playful rendition of peek-a-boo.

While we loved all of these images, there were a few that were truly memorable. One such moment is Blair loving on Ryan’s face and then Mark and Hank, providing a magnified view of the unique bond between father and son.
